VIA Moves Check-in for 10 Airlines to Terminal 2

Velana International Airport (VIA) will move check-in operations for 10 international airlines to Terminal 2 from October 25 for the winter season.

The airlines affected are Neos, Aeroflot, US-Bangla Airlines, Centrum Air, Azur Air, S7 Airlines, Shirak Avia, Kuwait Airways, Gulliv Air and French Bee.

Terminal 2 reopened in February following refurbishment and currently handles domestic flights. The terminal has 27 check-in counters, upgraded baggage belts, food and beverage outlets, prayer rooms and a children’s play area.

Passengers travelling with the affected airlines are advised to confirm their check-in terminal with their airline before departure to avoid confusion.
