MACL Boosts Workforce Skills with 447 Training Programs

MACL has trained thousands of employees in the past three months to strengthen its workforce.

MACL ran 447 training programs in the third quarter of this year. The Learning and Development Department organized the sessions. The company aimed to build skilled and capable staff.

A total of 7,773 employees joined the trainings.

MACL also opened its doors to students. The company arranged four tours for school students. The tours showcased key operations at Velana International Airport. Students learned about major work areas. They explored future job opportunities at MACL. A total of 273 students attended the tours.
