Traffic arrangements at Velana International Airport’s Domestic Terminal has been revised to improve passenger convenience.
Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) has implemented the changes from 10:00 a.m. on March 25.
Passengers can now board and disembark taxis in designated areas in front of the terminal. The area near the arrivals frontage has been set for drop-offs, with space for four taxis at a time.
The section near the departures frontage has been allocated for pick-ups. It can accommodate up to five taxis.
MACL has deployed staff to guide passengers and drivers and ensure smooth traffic flow during the transition.
