MIFCO CEO Resigns

Brigadier General Farhath Shaheer has resigned as Managing Director and CEO of MIFCO.

Authorities confirmed his resignation, though the reason for his departure has not been disclosed. Farhath was appointed to the role in 2019.

MIFCO seen several leadership changes in recent years. Previous appointments under the current administration included both local and foreign CEOs.

The government have not yet announced an interim replacement following Farhath’s resignation.
