MPL Conducts Risk Management Training for Staff

Maldives Ports Limited has launched a risk management training programme aimed at strengthening risk awareness and decision-making across the organisation.

The programme is being conducted by MPL’s Learning and Development Department in collaboration with the company’s Risk Department from June 15 to 17.

According to MPL, the training is designed to equip staff with the skills needed to identify, assess and mitigate both operational and strategic risks in the workplace.

The sessions include group activities, practical exercises and collaborative discussions to help participants better understand risk management principles and their application in daily operations.

MPL said the initiative forms part of its efforts to strengthen organisational resilience, improve decision-making and promote a proactive risk management culture across the company.
