The National Social Protection Agency (NSPA) spent over MVR 8 million on inpatient treatments at private hospitals under its Medical Assistance Programme in April.
The funding supported patients receiving care at ADK Hospital and Tree Top Hospital.
NSPA provided MVR 3.6 million for treatment at ADK Hospital, while over MVR 4.6 million was spent at Tree Top Hospital, covering a range of medical needs including kidney, bone-related, cardiovascular, respiratory, and other conditions.
