Maldives Customs Service has seized more than 3.6 kilograms of drugs that were being smuggled into the country through the postal service.
The drugs were confiscated during a special operation on June 18. Initial testing indicated the substance was synthetic cathinone, with an estimated street value of over MVR 5 million.
